“I would strongly recommend CaseWorks ! I have been using this program for several years, after trying several other programs, and found this to be the best by far. What I like best about CaseWorks is if you forget to make an entry on a certain day you simply add it in when you can and it automatically goes into the correct chronological order. CaseWorks generates both case & invoice numbers and has a good built in spell checker. CaseWorks will generate client reports if needed or it can add them to the invoice. Caseworks has several modules, including an accounting one that will generate statements for you on overdue bills at whatever time period you specify. CaseWorks also keeps track of sales tax reporting for you. In the past I have used Quicken, Quick Books, Microsoft Money, which are all good generic programs but they don’t generate the quality of invoices that CaseWorks does nor are they tailor made for the Investigative Industry.
