CaseWorks has always been a great tool and resource for private investigators & case management. I am happy to say we have been working hard and have added a pretty awsome invoicing feature! CaseWorks now shows not only how much you have invoiced your client, but how much you collected on that invoice. If you don’t know already we run a computer forensics company and we had a client send us partial payment, which gave us the idea for this fun and handy feature.
CaseWorks can now calculate how many days it takes clients to submit payment. Once you send an invoice to your client CaseWorks will automatically start tracking how many days it takes for them to pay the invoice. Knowledge is power and CaseWorks makes Case Management easy.
Invoicing is extremely important with any private investigator. If you are not sending timely invoices you are not getting paid. Managing the finances of a case can be time consuming but very important when you are watching your bottom dollar. Adding these new features will make your job so much easier.
